Lotus Garden Cottages General Policies
Payment is required in full at the time of reservation. We accept cash, Traveler’s checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and JCB.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. A $100 fee will be applied for each additional guest per night. A $30 cleaning fee applies to one night stays on top of the current room rate.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
Check in is from 3pm to 6pm daily, if you plan to check in after 6pm, please arrange for self check in 24 hours in advance by calling 808-345-3062. Please note that we can not accept check ins after 10pm to preserve the quiet enjoyment of our guests. Mahalo in advance for your consideration.
For cancellations received greater than 60 days prior to arrival, your payment will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee.
For cancellations received between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of your payment will be forfeited.
For cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival, your full payment will be forfeited. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for reservations for Christmas Season (Dec 20 through Jan 10), Valentine’s Season (Feb 5 through Feb 20), Holidays, Merrie Monarch Festival or Volcano Rainforest Run.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies and sensitivities to cigarette or cigar smoke, Lotus Garden Cottages maintains an indoor and outdoor smoke-free environment.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies or sensitivities to cats or dogs, Lotus Garden Cottages maintains a pet-free environment.
Please Note: Our world famous, Chu Chu the cat, lives outdoors at Lotus Garden Cottages and, out of respect for our guests, is not permitted inside the cottages.
